I am in LOVE with this pillow! This pillow is incredibly adorable! I have always loved pillows. They are so easy to use in decorating my rustic farm chic home. Pillows are a quick way to change up a room. They can add so much character to the décor of a room.

This pillow from Aspen Lane is so perfect! And, it is very unique! I absolutely love that it uses the coordinates of my farm home. So neat! It is now one of my favorites! A perfect place needs to be found for it in my home...whether it is in my bedroom, living room, or office. Right now, it is in my bedroom. I am displaying it in a sea grass basket that is on a wooden bench my dad made. A fern adds a little accent.

It is time for baseball! And, I am looking forward to watching the Cubbies play at the friendly confines of Wrigley Field!

I am in love this shirt from Rosebud's Tees! It is perfect. Of course, I had to have it in Cubbie blue! Go Cubs Go!

 

So excited to wear this adorable tee with shorts and flip flops to a game this summer...and watch some of my favorite Cubbies! Play ball!

 

2018 forage

 

Oats were no-till drilled in a field on April 13. We will chop and bag the oats as oatlage for cattle feed. After the oats are harvested, we then plan on seeding forage peas into the field. The forage peas will also be chopped and bagged to be fed to cattle later. Forage peas are a quality feed that is high in protein. Following the forage peas, sudangrass or pearl millet with be no-till drilled into the field for cows to graze into the fall.

I decided to restyle the night stand in my bedroom...

 

 

A couple years ago, I painted a file cabinet my parents gave me when I was in grade school... now it is used as a night stand. I love it. It is perfect for my bedroom...funky and functional!

A glass lamp from Target adds height, color, and texture to my night stand. It coordinates well with the style of my bedroom. And from a trip to Texas, I found a beautiful stone cross.

 

This space makes me smile when I fall asleep and when I wake.
