coffee protein shake

[ coffee + chocolate + milk = delicious ]

 
Here is a shake recipe I am very excited about sipping on in the morning! Coffee and chocolate is a great way to start the day.

4 ounces      brewed coffee
4 ounces      milk
1 scoop      chocolate protein powder

[ i will add a favorite fruit, peanut butter, or chocolate chips ]

Add the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until completely mixed. Pour into a glass and enjoy your morning!

iced mocha latte

I love chocolate. And, I love the flavor of coffee. Enjoy this recipe for iced mocha lattes!



2 cups      coffee frozen into cubes
2 cups      milk
1/4 cup      chocolate
1/4 cup      sugar

Brew your favorite coffee. Let the coffee cool then pour into ice trays to freeze. Add the frozen coffee cubes, milk, chocolate, and sugar in the blender. Blend until ready.

* whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and shaved chocolate for garnish

vanilla iced coffee

{  love an iced coffee!  }



Brew your favorite coffee. Stir in a sweetener of your choice. Add in one teaspoon of vanilla. Pour the brewed coffee into an ice tray and freeze. Once frozen, place coffee cubes into a freezer bag for easy use.
 
Add 5 to 8 coffee cubes in an adorable glass. Pour in milk over the coffee cubes. Enjoy!
 
 
* Blend the frozen coffee cubes and milk for a frozen coffee drink!

chocolate coffee cupcakes + coffee frosting

[ chocolate coffee cupcakes + coffee frosting ]



cupcakes:
2 cups      wheat flour
2 cups      sugar
3/4 cup      cocoa powder
2 teaspoons      baking soda
1 teaspoon      baking powder
1/2 teaspoon      salt
2      eggs
1/2 cup      butter
1 teaspoon      vanilla
1 cup      milk
1 cup      brewed coffee

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir together eggs, butter, vanilla, milk, and coffee into another bowl. Combine the ingredients well. Place wrappers into a cupcake tin. Fill the wrappers 3/4 full with cupcake batter. Bake cupcakes at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

frosting:
1 cup      butter
2 1/2 cups      powdered sugar
2 teaspoons      espresso powder
2 teaspoons      vanilla 

Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Stir in espresso powder and vanilla. Mix well. When cupcakes are cool, pipe frosting onto the cupcakes.

chocolate espresso coffee cake

Oh. My!
This chocolate espresso coffee cake is perfect for the winter!


1 1/2 cups      wheat flour
3/4 teaspoon      baking powder
3/4 teaspoon      baking soda

4 tablespoons      coffee (or espresso powder)
3/4 cup      butter
1 cup      sugar
1 cup      Greek yogurt
2      eggs
1 teaspoon      vanilla
1 cup      milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup      Werther's Original Caramel Coffee candies

so delicious!
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and coffee. Cream together butter and sugar. Add yogurt, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in the milk chocolate chips. Stir ingredients well in a bowl.
 
Use cooking spray to line a 9 x 13 pan. Spread cake batter in the pan. Sprinkle the crushed Werther's candies on top of the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
 
Enjoy this rich and moist coffee cake! It is so delicious!

espresso chocolate chip cookies

I love the aroma of coffee! These espresso chocolate chip cookies are so good!


3 cups      wheat flour
1 cup      brown sugar
1/2 cup      sugar
1 teaspoon      baking soda
1 teaspoon      salt
2      eggs
1 teaspoon      vanilla
1 cup      butter
1/4 cup      instant coffee granules
1/2 cup      chocolate chips

Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat eggs and add to the mixture. Combine all ingredients together. Stir in chocolate chips and coffee granules.
 
Roll cookie dough into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool.
